Admission Sessions

Admissions are available twice a year and details are provided below.

  • Admissions are held twice a year:
    • July Session – for the new academic year
    • January Session – mid-year intake (subject to seat availability)

Registration & Admission Overview

Registration Details

Elementary Section:

  • Registration opens in July and January.
  • Parents are encouraged to apply when the child is 4 years old.
  • No admission assessment or assessment fee is required.

Reception Year onwards:

  • Registration opens in July and January.
  • Students are required to take an admission assessment.
  • Assessment Fee: Tk. 2,000/- (applies only from Reception onwards).

Submission Deadline:

  • The final date for submitting the Admission Enquiry Form is announced by the Admission Selection Committee.

Eligibility:

  • Open to both boys and girls.
  • Admissions offered only for selected grades, based on seat availability.
Registration Procedure
  1. Collect the Admission Enquiry Form
    • Available at the Admission Office.
  2. Submit the Enquiry Form
    • Fill in all required information accurately and submit it to the Admission Office.
  3. Admission Assessment (Reception and above)
    • Admission assessment will be scheduled after form submission.
    • Assessment Fee: Tk. 2,000/- (Reception onwards).
    • No assessment or fee for Elementary Section.
  4. Assessment Result
    • Parents will be informed of the result within 2–4 working days.
  5. Final Admission
    • Qualified candidates may proceed with the admission by collecting the Admission Form and submitting it with required documents.

Required Documents

  • 2 recent passport-size photographs of the student (white background)
  • Birth Certificate of the student (photocopy)
  • Parents’ NID cards or passports (if applicable)
  • Latest Report Card (if applicable)
  • Vaccination record (for Preschool/Elementary Section)
Grades & Ages

The following table indicates the general ages of students grade-wise. However,

please note that your child will be placed in a grade that suits his/her age and academic ability and hence your child may or may not fall in the age range specified below.

Admission Test & Interview

  • After submitting the enquiry form, parents will be informed of the date and time for the admission test and interview.
  • The test assesses academic ability and behaviour of the student.

Test Subjects:

  • Grade I onwards: Bangla, English, Quran (Reading Skills), Arabic, Mathematics
  • Grade IV onwards: Includes an additional test in Science

Selection & Admission Confirmation

The Admission Selection Committee conducts a fair and thorough evaluation, considering:

  • Academic competence
  • English proficiency
  • Behaviour and discipline
  • Supportive family environment aligned with Islamic values

Result Notification:

  • Successful candidates are notified via SMS.
  • Lists are also available at the Admission Office and on the school website.

Fee Submission:

  • Parents of selected candidates must collect the fee voucher.
  • Admission is confirmed upon timely fee payment.
  • Classes are expected to begin in the first week of July, Insha’Allah.

Support Learning Program (SLP)

  • Offered to new students from Grade I onwards for Arabic and Tajweed.
  • Helps students adapt to the required academic level.

  Fee Structure (First Month)

Includes:

  • Admission Fee (Non-refundable)
  • Monthly Tuition Fee (Non-refundable)

Note:

  • Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Tuition fee is payable monthly.
  • Sibling discounts are available on admission and tuition fees.

 Important Notes

  • Incomplete, unsigned, or incorrect forms will not be accepted.
  • Submission of a form or participation in the assessment does not guarantee admission.
  • Lost forms must be purchased again.
  • A separate form is required for each child, including siblings.
  • The school’s decision is final regarding admission.
